Well folks I decided that I needed a little rest and relaxation because I am facing my 14th and 15 shoulder operation since my injuries in Vietnam. The first one comes up Dec 15th so if I am a little late on publication, you will know why. I have traveled all of Central America and am a citizen of Belize, however I choose Mahahaul Mexico to chill out before my operation, one of my favorite beaches.

Sorry I missed the Roy Moore protest but could not be prouder of the women and protesters who made it clear that all of Alabama does not agree with Roy Moore or his beliefs.

I still am fascinated that voters are willing to dismiss the fact that Mr Moore violated his Oath of Office, twice, and was disbarred. In the military you would be dishonorable discharge for violating your oath.

Next Tuesday is going to establish the “Moore Factor” those who choose party over country. This will be useful in mid term elections, of the County Commissioners and State Senate races. You can bet your bottom dollar candidates are going to own their positions that they take now with Moore. Many a vote is going to be swayed by the candidates support of Moore.

With Moore, and you own it, and what comes in the future. More allegations and facts will surface and a possible Senate Ethics Investigation that could lead to Mr Moore’s being removed from the Senate, the ultimate embarrassment.

Next Tuesday is more important than most think. Alabama will be sending the world a message. Let’s hope it is the right one.

It is a fact that straight ticket voting results in many a bad candidate being elected, please do not straight ticket vote.

When will Baldwin County wake up and vote in new blood. The GOB, Good ole Boys, have a strangle hold on Baldwin County. They determine the candidates that will tow the line or raise their hand when told to do so. Sheriff Hoss Mack calls the shots and Mayors just bend over. The school system, Eddie and Gray, have job security guaranteed, as long as they go along. Their is no accountability or transparency as long as this cabal exists.
ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERAL
The Ripp Report filed two complaints with the Alabama Attorney General’s office. For misconduct by the Alabama Ethics Commission’s director and requests a review of past dismissed complaints. And the wrongful conviction of Murray Lawrence in Baldwin County.
SMELL TEST
The good ole boys (GOB), are known for prioritizing getting their preferred candidate elected even if it means bending the rules. They don’t mind conflicts of interest, unethical behavior, or questionable tactics as long as they stay on the legal side, barely. Even switching political parties doesn’t matter to them.
VOTE SMART
How do you select the best candidate for the job? In Baldwin County the first thing you do is eliminate the Catalyst candidate. Many years ago Lynn Stacy was a political operative in Baldwin County that would guarantee candidates a win. He represented the most hardened of the Baldwin County good ole boys, GOB. Then came Stacy Haygood and Elliott, Haygood became Mayor of Daphne and Elliott became a county commissioner.
ALABAMA ETHICS COMMISION HIDE THE LIST
If you are caught stealing 10 dollars from Wal-Mart, YOU are going to jail. If you steal 3.2 Million and distribute those funds to Judges, Bankers, Lawyers and Politicians by using a trust, that you are a trustee of, KNOW, you could get away with it, in Alabama. Especially if you happen to be the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission, Mr. Tom Albritton. Google Lagniappe, Mabel Amos Trust, Tom Albritton,The Ripp Report.
NO JUSTICE
The Baldwin County District Attorney Robert Wilters, was the presiding Judge in the Murray Lawrence case. Sheriff Hoss Mack was the lead investigator and David Whetstone was the prosecutor. They all signed a coroners report in relation to the exhumed body of Brandon Hastings. This report was recently found, however during the trial it was never provided to the defense. This was not an inadvertent mistake. Suppressing the report from the defense was willful and deliberate and deprived the defense of valuable information supporting the cause of death as suffocation, NOT gunshot.
DEAF EARS
Mr Steve Marshall Dear Sir: I wish to address two complaints that I have submitted to your office: First is the complaint I filed with your office, Attention Clark Morris, in Sept. 2022 against Alabama Ethics Commissions Executive Director Mr Tom Albrittion. I am aware of the lawsuit your office has filed against him, however Mr. Albritton has remained the executive director of the ethics commission, with a handsome paycheck. This singular hypocritical fact disgraces the ethics commission and erodes any function or ethical standards the commission once had.
