According to two independent sources familiar with communications between the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and federal immigration enforcement personnel, internal tensions reportedly escalated during the current sheriff’s election cycle over BCSO participation in immigration-related operations connected to the federal 287(g) program. The sources allege that Chief Deputy David White became upset with BCSO deputies assisting Mobile Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), expressing concern that ERO agents were “just out stopping brown people” and that continued involvement risked giving BCSO a negative public image during an election season.

Well it's not an October surprise because all of our elections will be decided at the Republican Primary on May 19, 2026. I want to compel you to reject the Cabal Candidate Kristi Hagood, currently a Baldwin County Assistant District Attorney. She can not hide from her work product and we use it and my knowledge of the case to compel you to reject this 'Tough of Crime' caca and elect someone who cares about Justice.

Lowery has professed in the past that he did not want the job. He has to know that a ton of crap out of the Hoss Boss closet, is going to expose some very embarrassing incidents involving BCSO. It seems that The Speaker's lobbyist Steve Raby is running around with a bag full of out of state gambling interest money. Some seems to have made it into the hands of some executives who work in the Mayor of Birmingham's LGBTQ Office and are using said funds to support a Democrat. To get rid of a thorn in the side of the Alabama Legislature and especially Speaker Ledbetter's, the Democrat Rep for Alabama House District 60 Juandalynn Givan, a true contrarian even in the Democratic ranks (which is a complement to her character).Take a listen and ask your pals if they know Joshua Coleman, Steve Raby, or Dax Swatek. Chances are your legislators (Elliott, Simpson, Allbritton, Holk-Jones and company) already got theirs, along with a candidate for Attorney General, which should make for a comical press conference from her boss who is running for US Senate. This should sink some ships but in Alabama News we call this "Just another Thursday".
It is a story that is hard to believe and you need to listen carefully before you vote. Recognize these names? They convicted an innocent man. Anthony Lowery: Lead investigator in Lawrence case, who found no evidence against Lawrence. He is a candidate for sheriff. Lowery is a product of Hoss Mack. Mack promoted Lowery, through the years. Lowery has no field experience, except for carrying Mack’s water. Kristy Haygood Asst. D.A. candidate for a judge position, who filed inaccurate and false statements about Murray Lawrence jr. She protected her boss, D.A. Wilters, who was the judge in Lawrence case, from exposure of malicious prosecution. Haygood is not qualified to Judge anyone. Lowery and Haygood are candidates seeking election who are guilty of lying, fraud, unethical behavior, and self-serving conduct, for convicting, and not seeking justice for an innocent man.
I am sure most people may have seen the hit piece, a mailed flier, on candidate Mike Vandenheuvel aka Mike Van, who is challenging State Senator Chris Elliott. It really should enlighten you on what a sneaky dirty politician Elliott is. Mike DID NOT call Elliott a lying dirt bag politician, or a self serving christian hypocrite. Mike REFRAINED from calling Elliott the head of the snake known as Catalyst and the good ole Boys, GOB, of Baldwin. Mike didn’t mention Elliott’s connection to gaming interests and that Elliott’s ambition is to become the commissioner for gaming in Alabama. Mike DID NOT point out that Elliott knew about the solar fields a very long time ago. The Ripp Report DID.
