CONGRATULATIONS to all the hard working candidates who knocked on hundreds of doors and participated in countless venues.
Constituents should consider how many in office had the help of PAC’S and free money from lobbyists, who paid for and all those costly fliers. This is your opportunity to force term limits on career politicians that have become deaf to the voices that elect them.
The Ripp Report has concentrated on Baldwin County elections and the election of key positions. We all agree we need a change from the status quo and career politicians that have been in the office way too long. The below positions represent that change:
SHERIFF—Here is where we really need change and it is the most important decision you will make on May19. Remain subject to the Good ole boys or clean up a sheriff department riddled with internal issues. VOTE—-Matt McKenzie

CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE 28th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT PLACE 7 VOTE– Jeremiah Giles Jeremiah’s challenger, is not qualified to be a Judge and is supported by the GOB—VOTE Giles
COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE PLACE 1– Grant Blackburn Grant’s opposition has a father who is a judge. We do not need a father/son judge partnership sponsored by the GOB in the same courthouse. VOTE–Blackburn
BALDWIN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT 5—Whitney Scapecchi All you mama bears that have been unhappy with the Board of Education, this is your opportunity for transparency and accountability.
BALDWIN COUNTY SENATE DISTRICT 22– VOTE OUT INCUMBENT——- Terry Waters
BALDWIN COUNTY SENATE DISTRICT 32– VOTE OUT “THE WORST INCUMBENT” VOTE –MIKE VAN District 32 has been a disappointment for over 20 years from Stealing BP money, passing legislation that limited the qualifications for sheriff, to passing legislation without any constituent participation. Please VOTE for change.
Both House District 96 and 95 have been singing the same song for years. It is time they enjoyed retirement.

Last but not least is keep your eyes open for any voter irregularities. Sadly Baldwin County has a reputation of alleged rigged elections, fixed qualifications and absentee boxes regulated by the GOB. Don’t roll your eyes, this is no conspiracy, it’s a fact. Any activities you think may be illegal should be reported to the Secretary of State.
