Senator Chris Elliott is a perfect example of a politician out of touch with his constituents. His grandstanding is political and an attempt to cater to a small base, who vote. He is shameless and uses his church to push his political aspirations, a common practice in the deep south. Professing to be a christian is at the top of criteria to be elected. Ethics, conflicts of interest and accountability are not on the list.
This week we saw revelations come to light that indicate that the Executive Branch (Defense Department) has been concealing from Congress and the American People the existence of non-human remains and technology in the form of aerial vehicles recovered over the last 50 years. Almost as alien was the indictment of a former President for mishandling of classified documents, a crime which former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was given a “pass” by FBI Director Comey prior to the 2016 election.
From the Capital Police stopping the school children from singing the National Anthem to the antics of the Alabama Legislature, the range of recent events has left many feeling frustrated and disheartened. Additionally, the emergence of multiple Hunter Biden laptop websites, the seemingly unending arrogance of State Senator “The Taxman” Chris Elliott, the high costs paid for the proxy war in Ukraine, and the numerous falls and fails of our Commander In Chief have all contributed to a growing sense of offense and concern among the public.
The Alabama Legislature has always played to the Big Mules, this Session has been no different in that Corporate Welfare was the apparent objective for 2023. Stuart Rhodes the head of the Oath Keepers has been found guilty of Seditious Conspiracy(circa 1867). This week The House Homeland Security Committee grilled figureheads at the FBI for another round of “hide the salami”. And SCOTUS once again upends our lives this week with a pair of decisions.
