Baldwin County Legal Eagle Update
Attention Court of Public Opinion:
The Eagle has been a bit silent lately on Judge Thomason and Part-time Judge Bracken and buddy’s buddy Steven Johnson.
The Eagle filed complaints with the Alabama Ethics Commission and the Alabama judiciary who have responded. These complaints centered on Judge Thomason. We expected what we got, a quick decision dismissing the complaint and allegations with a simple fact that they “did not find any unethical conduct which would warrant disciplinary action”. What they did not do was investigate the allegations, no investigation what so ever.
The Eagle has conducted interviews with dozens of individuals and has discovered that numerous other complaints have been filed, including, with the Alabama Bar Association and a pending Supreme Court complaint.
All the denials gave only simple explanations, never answering specific allegations, displaying no investigative capability.
Part-Time Judge Bracken
In the case of Part-Time Judge Bracken we are equally aware of numerous complaints pouring into Robertsdale and Orange Beach Mayors, unofficially. By that I mean complaining to the Mayor or Council in an informal way.
May I suggest making an appointment with the Mayor or Council person and make your complaint “official”. Please file complaints with city council members and council presidents, they can vote the good Judge out, before he embarrasses them further.

The Pattern of Abuse
The Eagle sees the abuse of the legal system in Baldwin County and understands how difficult it is to unwind a dysfunctional court while exposing cooperating attorneys. However the Eagle has never stopped working on this issue, except to expose the on-going corruption of the Mayor of Fairhope.
Complaints never seem to stop coming in, with Thomason, Bracken and Johnson topping the list. Bracken tops the attorney’s list as well as Part-Time Judge List. Attorney Stephen Johnson, Bracken partner can count on numerous complaints, as well as a few others, we will name later. Mr. Johnson should be investigated by authorities for abusing and manipulating the legal system, Bracken taught him well. He is in divorce proceedings, currently. I wonder how he would feel if he was treated the way he has treated people in court?

Baldwin County Legal Eagle issues a consumer alert: Stay away from the Law firm of Bracken Johnson and McGriff and if you find yourself opposite them, then be prepared for their arsenal of dirty “LEGAL” tricks. If you find yourself opposite them and in Thomason’s court then make the sign of the cross.
