A Freaky Friday in a Freaky Town

The Ripp Report/Baldwin County Legal Eagle

First, I would like to report to those who are involved in the Baldwin County Family Court. BCLE is working on complaints against judge Thomason and Attorney Steven Johnson. If you have a case involving divorce or child custody and feel your rights are being violated by a corrupt judicial system in Baldwin County, contact us; but please be assured we are still on it; there is much more to come.
BCLE and the Ripp Report reported extensively on the Mobile Area council of the Boy Scouts of America. Our face book pages reached over 25,000 people and had over 40 comments regarding the council’s gross misappropriations and dereliction of fiduciary responsibility and duty. The council is now defending itself with voodoo accounting and semantics. Ultimate accountability depends on the Board, and the scrutiny of the donors. This is a subject we will continue to report on, including Board actions or non-actions and the continued financial status updates of the Mobile Area Council. Let’s hope the Board steps up and does the right thing. Stealing from the Boy Scouts is a terrible legacy for a community.
FAUXHOPE Mayor Tim Kant was voted the worst Mayor on the Eastern Shore by the 2008 Mobile Bay Monthly Magazine. Mayor Kant is living up to his infamous, corrupt reputation. The Fairhope municipal election will be held on Aug. 23, 2016. Candidates and challengers have to qualify by July 19th. We need challengers for the council seats of Brewer, Mueller and Boone. They betrayed the public trust, stabbed us in the back and ignored all pervious council agreements. Most important is to decapitate the snake himself, Mayor Tim Kant. Do not be surprised if challengers wait until the last minute to qualify. I understand there are many citizens considering running for office. Rock Creek should recruit a challenger for Diana Brewer’s seat; as they should have representation on the council. Organize your neighborhoods, VOTE them OUT.
The Fly Creek Apartments, a.k.a. “zoning for $2.5 million dollars,” was approved much to the dismay of hundreds of people who attended four separate meetings. The Mayor’s corruption was reinforced by councilmen Boone and Mueller, the shameless, self-professed “good ole boys.” Neither Boone nor Mueller have ever had an original thought on the council; they vote as instructed by the Mayor, their master; and they have their heads so far up his butt that if he passed gas he would break their necks. Both Mueller and Boone pledged to serve one term only. Let us hope to God they were not lying.
Councilwoman Diana Brewer has advocated for an independent school system in Fairhope for years. She has ignored public opinion and votes that overwhelmingly rejected the idea, costing taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars for “NEW” studies on a moot topic. She is clinically disconnected; and she acted true to form by approving the apartments, as she again ignored public input. Ms. Brewer serves as a marketing and public relations director with the Gulf Quest Maritime Museum. The Good Ole Boys in Baldwin County swam across the bay to Mobile, where her job appointment had a lot to do with her city council position. Her crocodile tears prior to her vote did little to console the overwhelming opposition she flaunted.
“I keep “HEARING “people saying these apartments are going to cause an influx of traffic, but we already have that,” Brewer said. “We are already experiencing a lot of growth in a major way in Fairhope. We have increased traffic on 98, and there is already overcrowding in our schools. To have a different type of home available to people in Fairhope doesn’t bother me as much as what I’m “HEARING “from other people. I’m trying to reconcile what I’m “HEARING” from these residents with what I see in our city.” Brewer stated.
Brewer voted opposite of her very confusing statement. She never “HEARD” a damn thing. If there is a conflict of interest it is Diana Brewer. She was the swing vote and she earned her Good Ole Boy patch by betraying the public trust and breaking an established agreement with the city not to build apartments at that site. This is not about apartments it’s about zoning for dollars and the $2.4 million the landowner gets and how that money and the project generates future graft and grease for the same Good Ole Boys, at our collective expense. Thank you Diana for your service! Please leave the building.
The next council, if gone uncontested, will vote in connectivity from Parker Road to Rock Creek into Sandy Ford and onto Highway 13. This has been Arthur Corte’s plan for years, supported by his buddy, the Mayor, Tim Kant.
If you have witnessed the blatant corruption surrounding this Good Ole Boy deal, then you will not find it hard to believe that the same corrupt Mayor has had his hand in fixing the last two elections, if not more. This is not my conspiracy theory but the belief of many residents and onlookers. In this fall election, safeguards will be put in place to prevent Mayor Kant from outright rigging the vote like we believe he has in the past. We will also expose Kant’s fake candidates and address head on his anticipated dirty campaign tricks. But, this is to no avail if 70% of the community does not vote. YOU MUST VOTE THEM OUT!
There is more I would like to share with you; however you will hear it soon, in good time.
Thanks for reading.
