This isn’t about one post.
It isn’t about one lawsuit.
It isn’t about one dead deal.
It’s about an ECOSYSTEM. 🎯
Pirate’s Voyage is DEAD.
The Beech’s contract is DEAD.
Past tense. Both of them.
Cute little detail, though.
Dead deals still leave PAPER.
John McInnis and Cameron Price both signed the Beech’s contract.
That matters because a dead contract still tells us who was involved, who had access, who communicated with the City, and which private interests were sitting at the table.
Contracts may die. Signatures don’t sprout legs and run away. 🏃🏼♀️
John McInnis and Cameron Price are the same Flora-Bama Lounge & Package ownership interests behind Orange Beach Land Company and Coastal Orange Beach.
That’s the two thirds I’ve been talking about.
The deal died. But, the overlap didn’t.
The City of Orange Beach’s own CoastAL announcement said the City and Orange Beach Land Company divided 800 feet of beachfront.
The City took 400 feet. The private company took the adjoining 400 feet for CoastAL. 🤷🏼♀️ The public side carried the public obligation and improvements, while the PRIVATE side got the adjoining commercial development, shared parking arrangements, and certain parking rights. 😒
Best deal for WHO?
Tony Kennon publicly championed it.
John McInnis and Cameron Price were the private partners in the deal.
Jack Robertson has his own long Flora Bama relationship while sitting on the City side of the table. 🥸
But sure. Let’s call that “totally random.”
Everybody just happened to arrive at the same beachfront potluck carrying matching casserole dishes.
Then, trace the land deals backward through GCOF, Nathan Cox, 68 Ventures and APD.
Trace it forward through Orange Beach Land Company, CoastAL, Law and Land Title, campaign reports and CASH PAC.

I’m not saying every person or entity on that chain committed a crime.
I’m just saying public money, private land, title work, political money, and the SAME NAMES keep landing on the SAME TABLE.
That’s not a conspiracy theory. That’s title work with cardio. ✨ And nobody needs me to explain who’s married to whom. This isn’t Ancestry.com. Y’all already know the family tree.
I’m interested in who signed WHAT.
Now, if you walk one building over from the Bama…..
Brett/Robinson built the Phoenix condominiums. My records show Brett/Robinson retained ownership interests sufficient to maintain control inside those condominium associations. The initial Phoenix sales ran through Paula Kennon’s Law and Land Title. 📑 Then a Flora-Bama entity ALSO owns a Phoenix condo next door.
Apparently, the ecosystem has an entry fee. 💰
Development. Initial closings. Retained association control. Adjacent ownership.
That’s less six degrees of separation and more one elevator ride.
And then there’s Greg Kennedy. 🔍
Greg Kennedy Inc. appears in City permit and development records. Greg Kennedy appears in the variance and recusal records. Eli Kennedy has a documented work connection to Greg Kennedy Inc. and appears in handcuffs in part of this story.
Then, Greg Kennedy shows up again in the Wendy Pickering subpoena lane.
Same ecosystem. Different parking lot that Tony Kennon paved over paradise for. 🏝️ And condominium associations aren’t background decorations in this story. They’re tiny governments with pool keys, gate codes, and grudges. Which brings us to Bayshore.
The Bayshore Towers Board of Directors. DRI Gulf Coast LLC. Donna Davis. The Unit 103 screening records. Jay McKinney. The Lueckemeyer overlap with Wendy Pickering’s case and the Pickering overlap with theirs. Then add Coastal Realty Group - Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast, Realty Executives, the Orange Beach City Schools Board of Education, and the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Property control. Board control. Brokerage. Regulatory authority. Personal relationships. Litigation. All touching the same little corner of Orange Beach. 🍊
Again, I didn’t create those relationships. I just noticed them.
So, when the SAME one or three people keep throwing a monkey wrench in the gumbo, eventually I start wondering who owns the kitchen. 🥣
And when a man making approximately $85,000 a year as the Mayor can suddenly put down a $50,000 RETAINER, that isn’t proof of who paid it.
It’s a perfectly legitimate “source of funds” question. Maybe money grows on sea oats now. 🌾
And I’ve been busy.
Either way, that’s called DISCOVERY.
The Flora Bama rebuild after Ivan belongs in the money lane too. I can verify the alternatives that were presented. 👀
One involved former Alabama Governor Fob James’ money and someone serving as his sons’ handler.
The other was a pocket full of money described at the time as mob money. 🇮🇹
Let’s just say I still haven’t found a horse head under my pillow. 🐴
Hell, housekeeping probably would’ve charged me an extra cleaning fee anyway. Then there’s City Hall.
Three council members filed an ethics complaint concerning Tony Kennon, the body camera footage, and what they alleged happened behind closed doors.
Tony Kennon has now publicly apologized for his outbursts, animosity, and council members not receiving information.
Well, would ya look at that? 👀
Orange Beach discovered apologies. Cute. 😂
But an apology doesn’t erase the body camera litigation.
It doesn’t erase the ethics complaint.
It doesn’t erase the police reports.
And it sure as HELL doesn’t erase the public records trail.

The broader subpoena map runs through Jennifer Miller Howell, Wayne Livingston, Payton Lueckemeyer, Brittany Lueckemeyer Finch, Jimmy Quick, Cristy Heck, Wallace E. Heck, Jr., Lori Anderson, Jim Bomar, Tommie Werneth, Jay McKinney, Greg Kennedy, the Bayshore Towers Board of Directors, and the City of Orange Beach and Orange Beach Police Department records concerning every report filed against me.
That isn’t a guest list.
That’s records discovery with assigned seating. 💺
And before anybody has a fainting spell, no, I’m not declaring every death a homicide. 👏🏻
Each death gets its own timeline.
Its own evidence.
Its own standard of proof.
SEPARATE doesn’t mean IGNORED.
Danny Williams’s death went from an open investigation that police said wasn’t being treated as a homicide to a later reported accidental drowning determination.
His earlier federal case had already been reported as a catalyst for a white collar inquiry involving Orange Beach officials. Later civil filings brought the City’s conduct and alleged retaliation back into the same record lane.
That doesn’t prove homicide.
It proves the FILES MATTER.
The same is true for every other death.
Separate files.
Separate evidence.
Separate conclusions.
But records don’t magically become unrelated because somebody at City Hall would prefer a smaller binder. I’m going to compare verified names, witnesses, locations, evidence handling, police narratives, financial interests, and changes in official stories.
Orange Beach already lived through Steve Russo, Larry Sutley and Ken Wall.
Y’all don’t get to act like development money, private favors, and public office have never slow danced in a burning room here before. 🔥
The relationships stopped existing only on paper when they repeatedly started appearing in contracts, deeds, title files, association votes, City actions, campaign reports, police records, retainers, lawsuits, and subpoenas.
The math doesn’t add up.
The louder I say it, the more offended some of y’all become. 🗣️
Y’all’s feelings aren’t evidence.
Being offended isn’t a rebuttal.
And Pepcid still isn’t expensive.
Maybe stop pointing fingers at me for reading the documents.
Start pointing them where the DOCUMENTS point.
Y’all aren’t mad because I drew the lines.
