DIRTY JUDGE AND MISUSE OF JUSTICE

Last week’s freaky Friday asked questions related to the pot laced brownies to the DA, Allegedly by Judge Wilters. We also wanted to know where the money was collected by the “Judges” nonprofit Baldwin County Substance Center. We ask these questions as taxpayers of elected officials. Simple answer the questions and let’s adhere to your professed standards, “transparency, accountability and creditability”, your words your promises. Anyone who misinterprets this into thinking it’s a personal thing or a hidden agenda, is simply missing the point. It is about holding elected officials ethically obligated to their promises to taxpayers.

The observation I am posting is based on hundreds of hours of interviews, personal and phone. This is a CONSUMER ALERT if you or a friend or a friend of a friend who going to get a divorce in Baldwin County, then pay attention, your child’s safety may be at stake.

First and foremost if you find yourself in Judge Thomason’s court and your ex has the Brackin Law Firm hired, and your ex controls the assets and money, then the deck is already stacked against you.

  1. Attorneys opposing Brackin firm are scared of “Judge” Brackin. In Alabama a part time municipal judge is allowed to practice law, while presiding on the bench. This enables Brackin to intimidate other attorneys, as they do not wish to go to his court after opposing him in another court. He has brokered this into an unfair advantage while misusing justice.

  2. Judge Brackin is known to have a long standing relationship with Judge Thomason. He was instrumental in her appointment to the bench, and persistent rumors of a personal relationship, many years ago, have gone unanswered. As yet no one is even been willing to investigate these allegations. If true the Brackin firm should never appear in front of Judge Thomason’s court with such a clear conflict of interest.

  3. Judge Brackin has received a private reprimand, and a public Censure from the Disciplinary Commission, Alabama State Bar. He has two strikes against him how can he be allowed to judge others? Please read the Discipline History documents.

BRACKIN LAW FIRM TACTICS, not in order:

  1. Your ex will follow Brackin’s, divorce dirty playbook, and be prepared to hear allegations from your ex that have never in your marriage been a subject of conversation, false allegations.

  2. From the beginning of your divorce proceedings you will hear yourself described as crazy. This is standard procedure; Brackin and his partners have employed this tactic in their own divorces. If you are a woman you are crazy. Be aware they will push you until you react, then will use it against you.

  3. Your children will be used as pawns; it is more about one person losing control over the other, than divorce or children.

  4. To push you as far as possible a protective order may be filed against you, in turn this will affect custody and visitation. This comes into play when they wish to separate you from all assets or access to those assets. Remember you’re crazy, you may not in your whole marriage have imaged your spouse filing a protective order against you and limiting access to your children, thank Brackin.

  5. Beware of being provoked by your spouse, he may be tape recording your conversation, which may be used out of context or as evidence against you, this is a favorite Brackin stunt.

  6. E-mails, beware like the tape recordings they will bait you to say something that they will turn into a major event, the result of an email or tape recording will be so twisted when you hear it in court that you may not even recognize the event.

  7. Brackin will use any contacts such as DHR, investigators or police to further his case; he will put forth allegations to be looked into when little or no evidence exists to support the claim.

  8. Most alarming is his success rate in cases before Judge Thomason, who is incompetent, complicit or extremely gullible.

  9. You will be strictly held to any court orders, be prepared for your spouse to ignore the order, not comply or submit false information, this reflects on your attorney and why is he not fighting for your interests.

  10. Most important they are going to use the children in any way possible to further their cause, driving you over the edge. Brackin knows that bleeding your financial resources dry and putting into place a judgment, you must comply with, will result in little legal resistance.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

First hire an attorney that know the facts, demand that he acknowledge that he works for you. Be sure from day one your attorney presents you with itemized accounting; don’t accept a second billing until you are satisfied with the first, look out for creative accounting.
