A Criminal Conspiracy

Dear Ripp Report Readers in Fairhope and Baldwin County,

Congratulations to Lynn Stacy and Chris Elliott and their major supporters—the Mayors of Fairhope, Daphne and Spanish Fort.

Well folks, as predicted, Lynn Stacy, “Fix it Man,” has orchestrated his political consultant partner, Chris Elliott into the Baldwin County Commission. We now have the “Lynn Stacy County Commission.” Isn’t it amazing how his candidates NEVER lose?

The defeated outcast, Bob James, A.K.A. “Five Fingers” James—“bury him in the dump,” now wishes to be called “Just Bob.” Just Bob promptly resigned. He did not want one more day in chambers with those who stabbed him in the back. Seems there was a huge rift in the former commission. “Just Bob” disagreed with Tucker “The Trucker” Dorsey over the MegaSite and how to spend BP money.

I am sure “Just Bob” could give us an earful as to what’s going on behind the scenes. Stay tuned… he and his business partner, “Slippery Trip” are pissed. Of course, the problem is how do you rat out someone that could incriminate you?

A few facts you must remember…Slippery Trip Pittman helped the county commission double its salary and limited the field in the sheriff’s race with his unconstitutional legislation.

Tip the Rippster also heard that Chris Elliott’s wife works for the Sheriff Department (Little Huey). I guess Chris Elliott will recuse himself from voting on Sheriff Department issues, right?

Also, it is interesting to note that Hoss Mack (Lil Huey) was also a Lynn Stacy candidate…Lynn Stacy and his gang of “elected” officials (Pittman and Kant et. al) hold the staunch belief that it is their God-given right to use their political office as an opportunity to leverage title, position and inside information to obtain lucrative state, city and county contracts. They select subcontractors, who are also elected officials, or close supporters, to further cement financial control.

This mindset established by Mr. FIXIT, Lynn Stacy, is the same philosophy of former Governor Bob Riley, and has caused a huge split in the Alabama Republican Party. Riley Republicans fill their wallet while in office. The good republicans remaining are disgusted with the blatant corruption of this gang of thieves. FYI—Bob Riley is a paid consultant for the City of Orange Beach—getting $10,000 per month from Tony Kennon’s yes-man city council. He is also a consultant (cons and insults) for Brett-Robinson, who he gave $37.2 million in BP money to finish an eyesore condo. Riley used his position with Kennon to ensure that his clients, Brett-Robinson, would not have to build a bridge over the highway and to finish the project as planned—all in the name of money.

Home Cooking—Baldwin County Style

In the Baldwin County Commission primary race Elliott and James were allegedly only 150 votes apart, with a third candidate, Cody Phillips, receiving 3,000 votes. Bob James, the incumbent, was endorsed by Cody Phillips going into the runoff, six weeks later. Mr. Elliott avoided all public forums for debate and only attended Lynn Stacy-endorsed events. His other bold strategy was to use Lynn Stacy’s Queen—Timothy Kant—to open back doors. Elliott, a debris removal contractor, in just six weeks, beats James by guess what? 3,000 votes! This is the same amount Cody Phillips received in the primary—and threw to Bob James!

So, the powers that be (Lynn Stacy and the rethuglican machine) want us to believe that with only eleven percent voting, Elliott defeated the incumbent by 19 percentage points! Does anyone see any red flags here? How is it that Lynn Stacy’s candidates never lose?

Removing Debris at a Discount

Just Bob, also a debris removal contractor, may have lost the race. However, Slippery Trip Pittman just hoodwinked the feeble-minded Fairhope City Council into a sleight of hand bid—which was again the lowest of course—to obtain his home town’s debris removal contract. This happened even though the senator said he would “never do it again” after he was caught in the BP Boom Scandal, which is still a live investigation—despite what Jackie Byrd and al.com contend.

So, if Just Bob and Slippery Trip can be debris removal contactors, so can Chris Elliott and Lynn Stacy! We now have a full-blown Lynn Stacy County Commission, Sheriff, selected mayors, a former governor and a state senator. All of these were empowered by ignorance, apathy and an adept sleight of hand move that has been perfected over decades.

The people of Baldwin County are going to continue to pay dearly for this corrupt regime. Our only hope is that the Feds who are investigating these criminals do their job. The machine must be broken!

I predict that this county commission is headed for serious trouble. The MegaSite deal stinks and the county commission, led by the Kingmaker, Lynn Stacy, is drunk on power. Baldwin County is a classic episode of CNBC’s American Greed, shadowed by the Bible.
