Only in Baldwin County would political operatives produce a newsletter Baldwin Beat aka BB. Baldwin Bullshit. It is reported to be published in a pasture for Bulls that have diarrhea and a GOB brand.

BB has a moniker, All the news and information Baldwin County Citizens need to know., all small letters, and then BB posts it, Anonymously. So the message is we are going to tell you something you need to know. But we can’t say who we are, who we represent, who is paying us, who are the political consultants, or if what we are saying is truthful??? WTF

The most important political race in the primary is the position of Sheriff. For almost 20 years the BCSO has been run more like a Cabal that supports the power of the GOB’s than a police agency. The culture developed by Hoss Mack and passed down to Lowery is corrosive and ripe with corruption and police cover ups. It has caused a lack of respect among many fine deputies that are praying for a change of leadership. Over Mack’s tenure he has used his position, as head of the snake, to embed some judges that put loyalty to the culture ahead of justice, a true GOB requirement for the judgeship.

That culture must change and Matt Mc Kenzie can change it.

It is easy to see why BB, Baldwin Bullshit, is anonymous. Baldwin County Sheriff Office is the crown jewel of this primary. The GOB’s are panicking that they may lose control of the sheriff department and that would lead to losing control of the county. It appears that BB is the product of political consultants attempting to elevate the bad, by anonymous propaganda.

The current BCSO is in a disorganized mess from jail control to transparency and no accountability. Relying on immunity and the Major Crimes Unit to cover up their mistakes, particularly when loss of life involves BCSO.

“Allegedly, one of the SWAT team members was deputy Justin Correa, the son of Robert Correa. Suggesting the plaintiff has seen some evidence subsequently provided by investigators, the complaint claims Robert Correa warned his son about getting involved due to a potential conflict of interest, but the younger deputy said he was “gonna go in and kill this f*cker if I have to.”

For the next five hours, the complaint says,

“the SWAT team tore his windows and walls apart with their armored BearCat vehicle and used tear gas, concussion grenades and/or flash bangs” on Yates for more than two hours. They fired over 100 rounds through the residence and tore down what was standing. BCSO refused relatives request to mediate with their father but were forced to see a sheriff dept out of control and murder their father.

The most recent lie that Lowery is spinning involves the execution of Johnathan Victor. His proclamation that Mr. Victor was an example of suicide by cop is categorically false. Lowery never demonstrates any compassion for the many victims, or their family’s, that have been harmed, killed or wrongfully incarcerated. In this same case District Attorney Robert Wilters accused Victor of being on ketamine. He never retracted his comment. Wilters lied to justify the death of Victor. Wilters had knowledge that first responders gave Victor Kitamine in an effort to save his life.

The wrongful conviction of Murray Lawrence Jr. is a FAILURE and a tragic example when justice goes wrong. The major players are Anthony Lowery who found not one piece of evidence. Hoss Mack who was more interested in self promotion than justice. Robert Wilters a judge that was blinded by Hoss’s culture who forgot about the bible on his bench. David Whetstone a prosecutor who is a despicable human. An attorney who forgot the oath he pledged to uphold and was later quoted as saying he knew Lawrence was innocent. He convinced the jury the legal autopsy was wrong. These individuals colluded and conspired to withhold evidence from the defence.

A conspiracy, also known as a plot, ploy, or scheme, is a plan or agreement between people (called conspirers or conspirators) for an unlawful or harmful purpose, such as murder, treason, or corruption, especially with a political motivation,2 while keeping their agreement secret from the public or from other people affected by it.

HAGOOD’S comments are inaccurate and false.

Last but not least, Kristi Hagood who is alleged to use A-I to support her statement of facts regarding a rule 32. The many mistakes and the gravity of some are reason enough that she not become a Judge. They all failed, all five of them, and an innocent man has been in prison for 20 years, and they know he is innocent.

DEADLY INTERSTATE CRASH

The wrong way chase down I-10 eventually claimed five lives with sheriff Hoss Mack quoted as saying “that’s what happens when you run from the law.” Five people dead, three burned to death after being chased the wrong way on I 10 at over 100mph and all Hoss Mack has to say is “ that’s what happens when you run from the law” ? A federal lawsuit is pending.

This is sadly just a few of the lives lost under the “CULTURE” of Mack and Lowery

Lowery’s closet is a boxcar full of incident upon incident, covered up to loss of life, wrongful convictions, repeated incidents of inter departmental sexual affairs, repeated allegations of having an affair with a news anchor, theft, missing evidence ect ect. Ect.

Lowery lacks compassion and the current rank and file will be pleased to see him go through the exit door. Lowery and Mack’s ambition is to support the GOB’s and continue with their demented “Culture”.

Matt McKenzie has had the interest and passion to be Sheriff of Baldwin County for over 10 years. His closet is Marine clean. Matt McKenzie is the exact opposite of Lowery and we desperately need a new Sheriff and a new culture. Your life could depend on it.
