Turns out Still was telling the truth all along. This email is officially addressed to the later aforementioned Jurist Robert Wilters, the District Attorney of the 28th Judicial District, who witnessed my illegal arrest at the hands of his work wife’s husband, Bay Minette Chief of Police Al Tolbert., now back at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office as a corprol I suspect. Two people took the stand on Thursday in Circuit Courtroom 8 in the Baldwin County Courthouse and committed perjury; I expect an investigation into Bay Minette City Councilman Matthew J Franklin and Bay Minette Attorney Vincent Bellucci.

Similar investigations should be conducted into the use of AI by Baldwin County Assistant District Attorney Kristi Haygood (Republican Candidate Elect for Circuit Judge) in the case of Murray Lawrence Jr’s Rule 32 Response and the Forrest Bullin Rule 32 recently denied by Gentleman Judge/Scholar Scott Taylor who ran roughshot over the Civil Trail wherein he awarded the Deputy Sheriff who came onto Bulins property without a warrant, without his lights on, and without announcing himself… Everything Bullin owned—$4.5 million dollars—without taking testimony. Bullin called 911 twice before shooting Hero Deputy Walker and putting his eye out with a ricochet off his vehicle hood. Bullin called 911 and had been on the phone with Sheriff Dispatch as Walker shot his house with more than 15 rounds from an AR 15 before returning fire with a shotgun loaded for turkey. The FBI /MCU Crime scene rendering is totally fabricated. I was OF COUNSEL for both these men and have read her work product.

I suspect it is similar to the work product of those who framed former Summerdale Police Chief Kevin Brock and his wife for Forgery. The fact that Judge Brackin’s JA was the notary who recannted the day of trial? (she was having an affair with Brock’s brother-in-law, who was a Deputy Sheriff? ). These are miscarriages of justice and our District Attorney is too compromised by blackmail to act. And for the record, I feel sorry for all closeted gay men.

Wilters your former Chief of Investigations is now the Chairman of the North Baldwin Utilities Board-. They created The Baldwin Express Pipe Line Company which was gifted an asset: The Lodges At Steelwood (circa $10M) why? - NBU sold the Bradley Building to MADD Investments LLC (created by Mark Frenette of Delta Realty and witness for the City of Bay Minette in my criminal trial) for what they paid for it in 2014.
