COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION

Scale with thumbs up or down

The Executive Director of the Alabama Ethics Commission, Mr Tom Albritton should resign his position. His failure to do so will only further erode the little trust Alabama citizens have in the Ethics Commission.

If you are not familiar with this case please read this article first:

Self-dealing? β€” Ethics director’s kids’ tuition paid from trust he oversees

“While the parts of Mabel Amos’s will that established the trust appear to give great latitude to its three trustees in terms of making expenditures and selecting scholarship recipients, it does contain very strict language against β€œself-dealing” by trustees.”

β€œThe trustee shall not engage in any act of self-dealing as defined in section 4941(d), and shall not make any taxable expenditures as defined in section 5489,” it reads.

The above, is no concern of the ethics commission nor is it relevant that Mr. Albritton is an attorney, or trustee for a trust, he has β€œSelf Dealed” his family, $120.000.00, so far.

This is the response from the Ethics Commission, General Council

The Alabama Ethics Commission forgot what the definition of Ethics’s is:

Ethics is based on well-founded standards of right and wrong that prescribe what humans ought to do, usually in terms of rights, obligations, benefits to society, fairness, or specific virtues. … “Being ethical is doing what the law requires.” “Ethics consists of the standards of behavior our society accepts.”

Should this not be the foundation of the Ethics Commission? Or is it their position, interpreting the law in a manner that avoids accountability and rewards corruption. The Ethics Commission is aware of the scope of the complaint, however they choose to hold their noses and look the other way in the face of Mr. Albrittons, admissions.

For the Ethics Commission to allow Mr. Albritton to remain Executive Director, would be tantamount to aiding and abetting political corruption in Alabama.

WHERE IS THE MEDIA?

The Ripp Report also filed a Alabama Bar complaint against Mr. Albritton, below is Mr. Albritton’s responce to the Bar addressing my complaint.

The Ripp Report will respond to the letter Mr. Albritton submitted to the Bar and post it. Mr Albritton’s letter is a sad comentaryof his interpertation of has actions. His omessions of certain facts will be corrected.

Mr John Bell, Regions Bank and Rick Clifton are the other two trustees, they should account f r any “scholorships”that they, or their friends, have recieved. What about employees of Regions Bank? The trust should have a forensic audit. I bet Mr Albritton is not the only trustee to use the trust as their piggy bank.

STRIKING OIL

How did Conecuh County citizens not know about the discovery of oil. Did the county get any taxes or royalities? Where was the Conecuh County Commission?

UPDATE: Father of Wounded Marine at Walter Reed Last Night: β€œBiden had the audacity to try to visit my son this evening. He was not welcomed”

    quote:
An account by a father of a wounded Marine says Joe Biden tried to visit his son last night but Biden was not welcomed by the family. So far that appears to be the only report on Biden’s visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The White House has been silent on the visit with no photos released, accounts of visits or even reports of Biden awarding Purple Hearts.

    quote:
Background on the man’s wounded son followed by his comments on Biden’s attempt to visit last night:

    quote:
β€œPlease pray for my son @JesseKellyDC he is a Marine on the ground in Kabul. Still awaiting to hear his status. My heart is full of rage.”

    quote:
β€œFinally heard from our son! He has a severe concussion. Both ear drums ruptured. Both of his arms are broken and one leg. But thank God he is alive! He is safely in Germany and his mama bear is on the way to his side. Thank you all for your prayers!”

    quote:
β€œYesterday was the toughest day of my life. My son had a severe infection in his leg and irreparable damage so the decision was made to do a below the knee amputation.”

    quote:
β€œMy son is heading home. Next stop Walter Reed. Still a very long road ahead but glad he will be back in the states.”

    quote:
β€œAt my sons side today. He is in good spirits all things considered. Infection is under control and thanks be to God his hearing is coming back.”

    quote:
β€œBiden had the audacity to try to visit my son this evening. He was not welcomed. He is lucky I am a calm person…My daughter told me to stand down.”

    quote:
β€œThe leadership in the Pentagon namely General Milley failed our troops and the Biden administration’s bumbling of the situation in Afghanistan is the reason 13 of our Soldiers died…So forgive me if I don’t want to meet the man who put my son in harms way. He has blood on his hands. I will never get over what happened on the 26th of August ever!

    quote:
β€œMy son will never be whole again physically or mentally. He was yards away from being in a grave himself. Yet people tell us to get over it? It was his job. REALLY! Shame on them. I pray nothing bad ever happens to their child.”

Ethics Commission is a deal with the devil by a bunch of Christians.
Biblical paradox in ALABAMA. You tell me what is wrong with the picture Mr. Ripp. You have shined a bright light. Is anyone looking?

65 percent of covid deaths in Israel in August were caused by vaccines.

    Facts.

    • You checked that? I don't think so. | September 6, 2021 at 2:39 pm |

For those who don’t speak Hebrew or do not know how to translate websites this is not true at all.

First, nothing on that site mentions deaths caused by vaccinations.

Second, The dark green lines are the vaccinated in each chart. Olive green is 1 dose. The light blue is un-vaccinated.

      Lower is better.

Your source clearly shows vaccines to be effective.

      • Also, Israel is about a month ahead of us with the vaccination roll out. The booster shot is rolling out there and has been very effective so far.

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Every single thing on that link shows vaccines to be very effective. You don’t know how to translate a website do you, fact checker? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    • Great. Someone threatening to kill an elected official. Guess we don’t do voting anymore. Oh, but not him, other people will kill him. It’s starting to be a familiar theme. Maybe there is no “big army”. Just a bunch of cowards thinking people will kill for them. All that’s going to happen is a bunch of domestic terrorism on innocent people.

  5. Fauci Lied, Many Died | September 7, 2021 at 4:44 pm |

I saw that Rand Paul caught Fauci lied about gain of function research funding in wuhan. When will Dr. Foul Chi be arrested for crimes against humanity?
I’m gonna hang up and listen Mr. Paul.

  6. I did the two required jabs for work. I’m not doing boosters. F that.

    • I don’t see the big deal here. It’s a new type of vaccine with a different method. The definition needed to be updated. Things change and new advances are made. Why wouldn’t you update the definition?

Ripp I heard Xiden will be on TV tonight to pitch his six steps to totalitarianism. I’ll be tuning in, waving the old bars and stars for old glory’s sake.

    • I doubt that’s going to go well for him but it does have a legal precedent. And it was more strict then. They issued fines for anyone who didn’t get the smallpox vaccine. That was in the early 1900s. The country did not go to totalitarianism.

The Court held that “in every well ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand” and that “real liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own liberty, whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”
