ALABAMA SEC. OF STATE: “THE ONLY ONE”

Baldwin County has only one example of a state elected official, who received, and took action, on multiple complaints from the general public, related to possible election tampering. ONLY ONE, think about that!

Complaints have been filed in Baldwin County with the Alabama Judiciary about certain Judges, Michelle Thomason and Buddy Bracken, in particular. The Judiciary did nothing and the complaints continue.

Complaints have been filed with the Alabama Bar Association about numerous attorneys, Steven Johnson topping the list, nothing was done.

Numerous complaints have been filed with the Alabama Ethics Commission involving multiple elected officials in Baldwin County. Not one single case found any probable cause of ethics violations. Sen. Trip Pittman was given a pass and allowed to keep his $750,000 from BP. In any other state he would have been given prison time.

Let’s not leave out the Attorney General of Alabama who is aware of the problems voters have about exposing corruption, yet nothing changes.

Governor Kay Ivey just signed HB 371:

New AL law to help economic developers raises ethics questions

New AL law to help economic developers raises ethics questions

Opponents expressed concern this law would create two classifications of lobbyists, those who are registered and have to obey state ethics laws and those who don’t.

Alabama is going backwards.

Last but certainly not least is the Baldwin County District Attorney’s office. They will listen to complaints however they will never act upon them. It is a total waste of time to expect the DA’s office

to investigate or charge ANY elected official in Baldwin County.

The Alabama Sec. Of State is the only elected state official that has received complaints from constituents of Baldwin County, Fairhope, and acted on those complaints. Fairhope’s elections in the past had been very suspicious, and many residents believed that the city election process had been compromised. No direct evidence was available of wrong doing, however the end result of the last two elections raised many red flags.

The Ripp Report had submitted complaints to the Alabama Sec, of State for the past two elections. This paper trail added to the credibility of the complaints filed in 2016. As a result of the Ripp Reports, numerous individuals, not known to me, also complained and voiced their concerns.

John Merrill, Sec. of State took the unprecedented move to have the 2016 Fairhope election monitored by his office. Karin Wilson, facing an Incumbent Mayor of 16 years with four times as much campaign money, won by approximately 600 votes. Many citizens of Fairhope believe this outcome was only possible due to the polling places being monitored by the Sec. Of State.

John Merrill Sec. Of State for Alabama will be getting my vote I encourage you to do the same.

Kant had been rigging it for years. Nix showed him. Fairhope lost several years because of these two. The Nix center should be renamed the Ripp center!

  2. Governor, which after being the worst treasurer in the history of the state of Alabama, Kay Ivey doesn’t deserve one single vote. The brainless Governor singing the new ethics bill is about the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Means Kay Ivey is just as much as a crook as any of them. Stupid move on her part. Shows her true colors. Sort of like giving Tripp Pittman control of some more BP money. What idiots we have to put up with!!!!!!!

    • This liberal mayor fromT Town is a stooge. He mite win.

Kay Ivey appears stupid. She supported Roy Moore; enough said. No wonder the world laughs at Alabama. Burrell may be the next Governor……..we are so stupid here!

Will Merrill be monitoring ALL of Baldwin County or just Fairhope? You can bet the Catalyst bunch will be at the polling places. I will be watching Fairhope – but I can watch another poll if needed. If so, which poll needs watching?

This guy is in trouble for helping Fairhope have free elections. I predict he loses.

  5. This is the biggest lie printed in a while Ripp.

    • If you are a catalyst? You should know what is a lie and when one is told. Y’all dang sure are experts. Ask your dad what an expert is. That is if you are a part of a decent upbringing. Sounds like you are a sport though. It has something that do with a wart on a dog’s body part just in case. Lol!!!

Catalyst politicians get money from people like Nathan Cox and the builders. The candidates then pay Catalyst to rig their campaigns. The politicians then pass laws to help the builders. See the CATALYST TRIANGLE? Wait until AFTER the elections and see thousands of dollars fly from the Catalyst politicians’ war chests to Catalyst. Where did they get the money to pay? From the builders and their PACs
Just look at the campaign spending reports. The Catalyst candidates are each sitting on tens of thousands of dollars waiting to pay Catalyst AFTER the election. This is done to keep Catalyst off the record during the election. Just look at past elections and you will see what I am saying
For 2,500 per month Catalyst will rig, uh I mean run, your campaign. Where can you get the money? Swear that you will sell your soul to Satan and Catalyst will hook you up with the builders like D R Horton, Truland, and Belaton. You will get checks from them and individuals associated with them. Look for a name of Cox in the donations part

It would be great if we could get a PRINTABLE list of Catalyst and of real people running in the next elections so that we all know who is running for which agenda. Now that the weather is wonderful and everyone is out and about, we should print these lists so that Fairhope residents can read/talk/discuss. We must stop these out of state developers b/4 they do here what they did to Destin/South Walton!

So I guess Kant was catalyst? This is all hurting my head.
    I don’t know Ripp.

    • SaveBaldwinFromCatalyst | April 12, 2018 at 8:54 am |

      Yep he was

    • Kant would still be mayor if he would have held off the Fly Creek Apts until after the election and not tick off those folks in Rock Creek. He would also still be mayor if Merrill didn’t come down and watch the election…

  7. Catalyst is bringing ALL their candidates to a “Meet and Greet” to a private home in Montrose on April 22

  8. Locust Grove | April 12, 2018 at 1:56 pm |

This apple pie face saved Fairhope??

    • We are working for this same apple pie face to save Bsldwon County and to keep the Catalyst Cancer from metasticing yo the state

Burrell has been ordered to settle Ripp’s lawsuit. Over free speech. What happens next?

  10. Jack4moreyears | April 13, 2018 at 6:31 am |

So Kant was rigging elections for years?
    That’s all you got Ripp?
    LOL

    • Ripp has LOTS more. He has been posting about all this corruption twice a week for years. Don’t you read them?

  11. Phil Holmes | April 13, 2018 at 6:48 am |

I am for renaming the nix center.
    Not the ripp center though.
