Karin Wilson: We need equal representation

Men and women are different. We think differently, make decisions differently and ultimately complement one another. Constituents will be underserved until there’s equal representation at the table making the decisions that impact us all.

Real talk.
Real leader.

Like Trump:
Re-elected.

Separate but equal

As long as Catalyst rules then the majority of women in power will be owned by Catalyst and the puppet master real estate developers.
See? Catalyst is an equal opportunity sell out for Baldwin County. You can be a man or woman; you just need to tow the party line of fronting as a “Christian Conservative” and ready to drop a few hundred houses, or better yet, apartments, on a two lane road at a roundabout.
Don’t worry about the schools, roads or crime, just build cheap houses and get mega bucks for them.

Home Builder

Yep. I have made more this year in construction than any other past years.
Build baby build! People are buying houses faster than I can build them!

Woah now, Sarah Palin! That’s not oil you struck. Your grinder pump failed.

I don’t believe that it should make any difference whether those ‘at the table’ are male or female if they are all honest and sane. Clearly, that is not the case in Fairhope. Why do Robinson and Conyers fear Burrell so much, and why don’t any of them (hello, Robert Brown) ever challenge him when he is so clearly in the wrong 90% of the time?

Jester Aka hometown brown got a yuge contract for the arts center.

Those who continue to focus on Pitman Brown remodeling the Art Center are missing the point. Cliff Pitman is very respected and very in demand. There would be no reason for his company to ‘need’ this contract, and I can’t imagine Pitman lowering himself to pay Burrell any bribes. He has been respected for decades….why would he trash his rep for a fool like Burrell? Unless you have documents proving fraud and kickbacks, please stop trying to stir this up. All it does is make Burrell stronger.

Deon Bolton Esq.

I guess in Alabama it is okay for a sitting councilman to engage in public bidding and to get public contracts.

People wonder why Alabama is a third world hovel…
