The budget NOT being passed is deliberate, meant to obstruct the Mayor and City Supervisors and you are paying with your tax dollars, for the obstruction. Catalyst is running the Council.

Catalyst owns Baldwin County. It is funded by real estate, developers such as Horton, Belaton, Pribble and Volkert
I know this because they fund the campaigns of the politicians and the politicians pay Catalyst.

Stop hitting on Catalyst. It is just a political campaign group that helps candidates run their campaigns. You are just jealous that they win more elections then they lose.
If they are so evil then why doesn’t somebody come up with an alternate outfit and do what they do according to your terms?
