The Ripp Report and Baldwin County Legal Eagle had a record posting:

BALDWIN COUNTY FAMILY COURT - A COTTAGE INDUSTRY

A total of 48,200 people reached through 112 shares, 109 likes, 28 comments and 9 phone calls.

Those are powerful numbers and converted into votes can unseat unethical judges and expose cottage industry attorneys. Those are accurate stats.

What I cannot identify is the number of children who were victims of a corrupt system that fails to protect their best interests while attorneys fleece their clients.

The nine phone calls were interesting and added to earlier allegations leveled at Judge Thomason and Attorney Stephen Johnson. In fact, one prospective client of Johnson decided to go elsewhere for an attorney, upon my advice.

The only way things are going to change is to VOTE bad elected judges out of office. The key to that is not voting straight ticket, republican or democrat.

The straight ticket voting allows unqualified and unethical candidates to obtain office just because of their political party.

That short-changes us all. Both parties do a good job of convincing us to be loyal to the party, the party that is making decisions for us; we need to make the decisions.

BCLE is following multiple cases in family court and in the coming months we hope to expose, again, the dysfunction of the court and the unethical behavior of its attorneys.

This will give you a good example of exactly what is happening in Baldwin County.

The demographics of Baldwin County have shifted and the good ole boys are on the defense. The majority of the citizens in Baldwin County have moved here in the last 15 years and they could care less about supporting a good ole boy criminal enterprise.

The defeat of Tim Kant is a good example; this will have a profound effect on the good ole boys initiating a domino effect of removing elected officials at the polls. The court of public opinion, social media and EXPOSURE will be the demise of a culture that has infected Baldwin’s County’s judiciary, county government and municipalities.

The only thing that can turn the tide for the worst is the citizenry turning a blind eye on an opportunity to change things for the better.

When will Baldwin County wake up and vote in new blood. The GOB, Good ole Boys, have a strangle hold on Baldwin County. They determine the candidates that will tow the line or raise their hand when told to do so. Sheriff Hoss Mack calls the shots and Mayors just bend over. The school system, Eddie and Gray, have job security guaranteed, as long as they go along. Their is no accountability or transparency as long as this cabal exists.
ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERAL
The Ripp Report filed two complaints with the Alabama Attorney General’s office. For misconduct by the Alabama Ethics Commission’s director and requests a review of past dismissed complaints. And the wrongful conviction of Murray Lawrence in Baldwin County.
SMELL TEST
The good ole boys (GOB), are known for prioritizing getting their preferred candidate elected even if it means bending the rules. They don’t mind conflicts of interest, unethical behavior, or questionable tactics as long as they stay on the legal side, barely. Even switching political parties doesn’t matter to them.
VOTE SMART
How do you select the best candidate for the job? In Baldwin County the first thing you do is eliminate the Catalyst candidate. Many years ago Lynn Stacy was a political operative in Baldwin County that would guarantee candidates a win. He represented the most hardened of the Baldwin County good ole boys, GOB. Then came Stacy Haygood and Elliott, Haygood became Mayor of Daphne and Elliott became a county commissioner.
ALABAMA ETHICS COMMISION HIDE THE LIST
If you are caught stealing 10 dollars from Wal-Mart, YOU are going to jail. If you steal 3.2 Million and distribute those funds to Judges, Bankers, Lawyers and Politicians by using a trust, that you are a trustee of, KNOW, you could get away with it, in Alabama. Especially if you happen to be the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission, Mr. Tom Albritton. Google Lagniappe, Mabel Amos Trust, Tom Albritton,The Ripp Report.
NO JUSTICE
The Baldwin County District Attorney Robert Wilters, was the presiding Judge in the Murray Lawrence case. Sheriff Hoss Mack was the lead investigator and David Whetstone was the prosecutor. They all signed a coroners report in relation to the exhumed body of Brandon Hastings. This report was recently found, however during the trial it was never provided to the defense. This was not an inadvertent mistake. Suppressing the report from the defense was willful and deliberate and deprived the defense of valuable information supporting the cause of death as suffocation, NOT gunshot.
DEAF EARS
Mr Steve Marshall Dear Sir: I wish to address two complaints that I have submitted to your office: First is the complaint I filed with your office, Attention Clark Morris, in Sept. 2022 against Alabama Ethics Commissions Executive Director Mr Tom Albrittion. I am aware of the lawsuit your office has filed against him, however Mr. Albritton has remained the executive director of the ethics commission, with a handsome paycheck. This singular hypocritical fact disgraces the ethics commission and erodes any function or ethical standards the commission once had.
